At Pickle Kitchen, we aim to deliver your gear quickly and reliably — so you can spend less time waiting and more time playing.


1. Local Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau)

We partner with SF Express to provide fast and secure delivery within Hong Kong and Macau.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days after your order is processed.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

  • Free Shipping: May be available for orders above a certain value (to be announced).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.


2. International Shipping

We offer international delivery to select destinations using trusted couriers.
Our preferred shipping partner is UPS, known for global reliability and tracking support.

  • Delivery Time: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on region and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout or confirmed via email before dispatch.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


4. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at support@pickle-kitchen.com with your order number.
We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


5. Notes

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or customs processing.
