1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

  • To start a return, please email support@pickle-kitchen.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. 

     

     

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

    Please note:

     

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

     


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used paddles, grips, or balls

  • Gift cards or sale/clearance items

  • Apparel that has been worn or washed


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us at support@pickle-kitchen.com

We’ll guide you through the process — in most cases, you’ll need to return the original item first and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
