Refund policy

1. 如發現購買之商品不是你訂購的商品, 或發現商品已有損壞/有缺陷，請在收貨後七天內聯絡我們要求提出換貨或退款，並把沒有被使用過的商品包裝和送貨單放入退貨包裹中一併退回我們的地址。否則我們不會安排退貨或退款。If you find that the purchased product is not what you ordered, or if you find that the product is damaged/defective, please contact us within seven days after receiving the goods to request a replacement or refund, and put the unused product and the delivery note in a pack and return to our address. Otherwise we will not arrange a return or refund.

2. 如果我們在收到你的預訂60天內未能交貨，你可以要求退款。If we fail to deliver within 60 days of receiving your order (including a pre-order), you can request a refund.

3. 除非按上述規定，在任何情況均不予退還已支付的購物款項或訂金。Except as stipulated above, the payment or deposit for purchases will not be refunded under any circumstances.
