   Neither we nor our suppliers accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by you or any third party arising from the use of our goods. We and our suppliers make no warranties or representations regarding the condition, quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the goods, nor do we guarantee that the goods meet any specific requirements or customary practices. Our total liability to you or any third party shall be limited to the total amount you have paid to us for the goods.

3) 產品保養 Warranty on Products:  
   運動服裝及運動裝備的保養（如有）將由相關供應商提供，並應遵守供應商保養的條款及細則。如果出現產品缺陷或故障，你可以在相關供應商的保養期內（購買日期起計一年之內）自費將貨物直接退回我們進行維修或更換（由供應商決定），並受供應商保養條款及細則的約束。我們不承擔與供應商保養相關的任何責任或風險。  
   Maintenance or warranty for sportswear and sports gear (if any) is provided by the relevant supplier and is subject to their terms and conditions. In the event of product defects or malfunctions, you may return the goods to us for repair or replacement at your own expense during the supplier’s warranty period (typically one year from the date of purchase), subject to the supplier's warranty terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any risks or liabilities associated with supplier warranties.

4) 不恰當使用的責任排除 Exclusions of Liability for Improper Use:  
   我們不會對貨物因磨損、故意處理不當、疏忽、不恰當使用、未經授權的改動或任何由你或第三方進行的修理而引致的任何缺陷或問題承擔責任。  
   We will not be liable for any defects or issues caused by wear and tear, willful mishandling, neglect, improper use, or unauthorized alterations or repairs carried out by you or any third party.

6) 法律管轄 Governing Law:  
   本銷售條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律的管轄和解釋。閣下同意服從香港特別行政區法院的專屬管轄權。  
   These terms and conditions of sale are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

7) 條款修訂權 Right to Amend Terms:  
   我們有權隨時更改此條款及細則，而不作另行事先通知。如有任何爭議，我們保留最終決定權。  
   We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, we reserve the sole right to make the final decision.

8) 商品供應 Product Availability:  
   商品供應視乎存貨和供應決定。我們不保證預訂的商品最終能供應，亦無法保證實際到貨日期。  
   Product availability is subject to stock and supply decisions. We do not guarantee that all pre-orders will be fulfilled or that goods will arrive on a specific date.

9) 送貨範圍 Delivery Limitation:  
   我們只接受香港及澳門地區的送貨地址。  
   We only accept delivery addresses in Hong Kong and Macau.

10) 訂單最終確認 Order Finalization:  
   當提交訂單後，不可更改任何資料。  
   Once an order is submitted, no changes to the order information will be allowed.

11) **送貨服務 Delivery Only**:  
   現階段不接受自取貨品，所有貨品將會使用速遞送貨。  
   At this time, we do not offer self-pickup of goods. All goods will be delivered via courier services.
