1. What is Pickle Kitchen?

Pickle Kitchen is Hong Kong’s home for all things pickleball — curating the best gear and brands from around the world. We make it easier for players to find quality paddles, apparel, and accessories right here in HK.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Hong Kong and to select international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Hong Kong typically arrive in 2–5 business days.
International shipping may take 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.


4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at support@pickle-kitchen.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Attach photos and your order number — we’ll make it right quickly.


7. Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted global pickleball brands.


8. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.


9. Do you have a physical store or showroom?

Not yet — but stay tuned!
We’re working toward opening a dedicated pickleball facility in Hong Kong where players can play, connect, and shop in person.
