1. What is Pickle Kitchen?
Pickle Kitchen is Hong Kong's home for all things pickleball — curating the best gear and brands from around the world. We make it easier for players to find quality paddles, apparel and accessories right here in HK.
2. Where do you ship?
We ship to Hong Kong and Macau only. Shipping rates are shown at checkout, and the full details are in our shipping policy.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our own stock in Hong Kong and delivered by courier. Delivery timing follows the courier's standard service for your address — see our shipping policy for details and for the areas we cannot deliver to.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@pickle-kitchen.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach photos and your order number and we will make it right.
6. Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything we hold in Hong Kong stock is genuine and sourced through official channels — we are an authorized Selkirk retail partner and one of the first local stockists of Honolulu Pickleball Co. Items not held in local stock are ordered in for you; if anything is unavailable we will contact you and refund in full.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email.
8. Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Not yet. We are working toward a dedicated pickleball facility in Hong Kong where players can play, connect and shop in person.
9. Which paddle should I buy?
Start with our paddle buying guide — it explains what core thickness, face material, shape and weight actually do. Still unsure? Email us and we will narrow it to two or three.
