Shipping policy

1) 只接受香港及澳門收貨地址。Only Hong Kong and Macau delivery address is accepted.

2) 我們只會將貨物送到你指定的地址（即訂單上顯示的地址），收貨人需要簽署收貨確認書。如果你堅持我們的快遞員將貨物放在訂單顯示的地址以外的地方和沒有你的簽署，則任何貨物損失的風險均由你承擔。We will only deliver the goods to the address specified by you (i.e. the address shown on the order), and the recipient needs to sign a receipt confirmation. If you insist that our couriers leave the goods at a location other than the address shown on your order and without your signature, the risk of loss of any goods is borne by you.

3) 無論任何原因，在購買日期起之後的60天內你仍然沒有或不能收取貨物，我們有權決定如何處置貨物而不承擔任何責任，你將無權獲得任何退款。Regardless of any reason, if you do not or cannot collect the goods within 60 days from the date of order confirmation, we have the right to decide how to dispose of the goods without assuming any responsibility, and you will not be entitled to any refund.

4) 並且在法律允許的範圍內，由於貨物延遲或不能交付或貨物在運輸過程中發生任何損壞而導致你蒙受的任何損失，我們概不負責。To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss you suffer due to delay or failure to deliver the goods or any damage to the goods during transportation.

5) 運費是根據你所選擇的送貨服務類型，並按每張訂單而收取。住宅或工商大廈派送：送貨運費HK$40。Shipping charges are based on the type of delivery service you choose and are charged on a per order basis. Delivery to residential or industrial and commercial buildings: delivery fee is HK$40.

6) 凡消費總額滿 HK$600 或以上，即可享免費派送服務。Free delivery service is available when the total spending reaches HK$600 or above.

7) 我們現時的送貨服務只限本地，但並不適用於部份地區。請查看以下不提供送貨服務的區域：羅湖、落馬洲、沙頭角、米埔、文錦渡、打鼓嶺、草島、長洲、坪洲、南丫島、大嶼山、梅窩、塘福、蒲台島、大澳、東龍島、貝澳、東坪洲、坪洲、西貢島嶼區、鹽田梓、橋咀洲、滘西洲、糧船灣、白沙灣、塔門、海下、喜靈洲、葵涌貨櫃碼頭區、香港迪士尼樂園地區、香港國際機場區、國泰城、超級一號客運站、任何設有入閘費或需排隊進入的倉庫或區域、禁區及郵政信箱。Our current delivery service is limited to local areas, but is not available in some areas. Please check the following areas where delivery service is not available: Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Grass Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tong Fuk, Po Toi Island, Tai O, Tung Lung Island, Pui O, Tung Ping Chau, Peng Chau, Sai Kung Island District, Yim Tin Tsai, Kiu Tsui Chau, Kau Sai Chau, Leung Chuen Wan, Pak Sha Wan, Tap Mun, Hoi Ha, Hei Ling Chau, Kwai Chung Container Terminal Area, Hong Kong Disneyland Area, Hong Kong International Airport Area, Cathay City, Super Terminal 1, any warehouse or area that has gate fees or requires queuing to enter, restricted areas and post office boxes.
